Man I'm debating on trying this one or a Dakota...please post some pics...I'm really curious about the fit too. It's a shorter style vs the longer dakota.

As I promised weeks ago, I show my 2nd Cal-Leather: a LAPD with epaulettes, belt loops (Sam Browne belt missing...), Talon zippers on cuffs and pockets and Serval on the body, medium weight leather and made in the mid-70s. I hope you like!

What size is it? Did you order new from Stu? The Ryder is by far my favorite LW style! The collar, the clean lines of front and back and the taper through the body make for a great jacket!

Yeah but the way my mind works is almost like dog years...so two days was actually about a month.
It's a size , gulp...48", but the numbers are within 1/2" of my 50's HB. Picked it up from the classifieds. I'm really hoping it fits. This was the jacket I was after when I ordered my 50's HB. I've wanted a Ryder forever. I was actually going to post a WTB for one in the classifieds and then this literally smacked me in the face!
