My girlfriend is using the same technique on me - trying to get me to move from downtown to her house in the suburbs, she's talking about putting a pool table in the basement and letting me have a room for my various collections. It's working

Congratulation to all hat owners, because it doesn´t easy be getting some hat every day ,week or month, furthermore, if people got antique hats, in our land is not easy get some one of good kind and made too much years ago, there are many hats kind, here, people wich loves hats buys, news borsalino, stetson, montecristi and other trade marks, but, also, there are many trade marks of a little producers wich sell straw hats, wool hats, felt hats and textile hats, maybe, don´t recognized in all the world, but, with very good kind and style. I am so envious good, about all antique hats, I have 33 hats, but all almost news, the more antique is since 1960. Congratulations again, enjoy hats, dress one every day. (sorry boys for my english).

Digging this post up from the depths of this thread, and bordering on fftopic: , I must ask you: What company is that stingy grey in the front? What are the dimensions? I have one that looks a lot like it.

How many hats? Sharing a New York-sized apartment (500 SF or so) with my wife forces our collections to be, shall we say, of a rational size. She’s got a great purse collection—and I’ve got my six hats. None of my hats were preowned; here’s what I got and where and when I got them—last one listed came just recently and I’m thrilled with it.

1. Stetson fedora—my oldest survivor; bought at a Seattle hatshop,1994.
2. Stetson Panama—Nevada City, CA hatshop, 1998
3. Portugese fisherman’s hat—Lisbon hatshop 2003
4. Guerra 1885 Venicia—Worth & Worth, NYC 2010
5. Cooperstown 1931 New York Giants baseball cap—dugout-memories.com
