While that makes for a good story I have to say he sounds like a pretty bad therapist.@Fonzie that's the point! he'd been shopping for cars the whole time!
I believe you can request such a thing but I think it would be harder to do with CXL because it is usually so uniform and smooth when it is new. I think that is one reason that some people opt for the tumbled CXL.Can you order extra grainy FQHH CXL as you can with Vicenza? That could be a really cool effect with some wear.
I ordered an Aero (Crosszip) in blackened brown Vicenza. Hope it was a good choice.
I don't know if my old Aero Cafe Racer is a blackened brown CXL, but the brown leather definitely gets through.

matt,
I have an Aero type 3 in blackened brown Vicenza that I purchased last October. I have worn it pretty regularly throughout the winter and spring and it still looks practically brand new! Even the usual wear spots. (around the cuffs, at the seams, etc.) are still black. On the one hand I would like to see some of the brown showing through but on the other hand I am pleased that this jacket is not going to look broken in and old overnight.
Hi, how does this jacket feel? Is it heavy comparing to Aero leathers? cxlhh can you let me know?Board Racer "Buco J-100", blackened brown Vincenza, 2 years old.

It’s lighter but still substantial and definitively much more comfortable than CXLHH.Hi, how does this jacket feel? Is it heavy comparing to Aero leathers? cxlhh can you let me know?
Much lighter than CXL horse or steer. It feels substantial, but it is easy to wear right out of the box.Hi, how does this jacket feel? Is it heavy comparing to Aero leathers? cxlhh can you let me know?
