Hi--newbie here:
I bought this rust colored Bomber style jacket back in the early 80's. I used to own a retail store and bought it as a sample at the L.A. Apparel Mart--It was quite pricey at the time (of course I got it below wholesale as a sample). I don't recall the vendor--may have been Star Leather, or perhaps a jobber--and it may have never made it past the sample stage. I'd be curious to know any info about the company, what type of leather, what military jacket it resembles (if any), etc. I'm guessing it's a weathered cowhide, but there's some variation in the grain within the pieces. BTW, it is in the same condition as when I bought it--I love the jacket--very comfortable, and I always get compliments. Thanks!
