I've been told I'm an XXXLO but after really looking at the hat holder Rich Rand made for me based on my conformer measurement I'm thinking I'm more a mutant egg shape.

I'm LO , 8.25" X 6.50" (=14.75 divided by 2) = 7.375 (7 3/8 LO)

One day (maybe) I'll get the conformitor treatment . Might be scary .

That looks a lot like my 7-1/8 DOH (diagonal oval head)
Out of curiosity, where does the hatband seam end up? In the middle of the back?
I had to mark my stretcher-block so I know how to line it up correctly, as it is definitely not in the middle of the back.
