And you're an Albertan, Blaine?
I have a very strong thinking, this is the guy I trained early this year , he name is Mark Havens, he is just starting to make a few hats and is selling them as he turns a few out,
Major Moore
...
TonyB you are somewhat of a mystery as your web still shows you in WA

I'm something of a canuckophile myself. The missus and I frequently fall asleep to the As It Happens podcast. In the Seattle area, Canadian channels are often included in basic cable and satellite TV packages, so we often watched The National and other CBC news.
The gallery he has up so far shows a lot of neat styles. I like his black fedora-ish Western, image 7/11, with the glossy black belt and silver buckle instead of a ribbon.Confirmed. Website is up and coming at http://www.hbhats.com/. Sounds like he wants to join the fun, and it'll be interesting to see what he adds to the business.

Sorry. Not me. I still can't completely figure all this tech stuff out.I've been corresponding with him via an Ebay puchase of one of his 100% Beaver hats. He is a member here; MBH. He writes that he can sign in and read the forums but not reply. He thinks he might have missed a confirmation e-mail at some point.
I offered to reach out to the forum. Can anyone help with rectifying the situation?
Thanks,
Roger
I asked Mr. Mark to trim back the brim to 3" or under- this being the result;
And the B4-
He himself agreed that the proportions looked better with the slightly narrower brim.
I'll get it Friday. I am chuffed.
These guys were as nice and kind and just as accommodating imaginable. Very personable, white-glove customer service, GR8 communication. I am very impressed.
Their (wider) ribbon work is subtle and quite distinctive. I'll have more to say after my actual receipt of the hat.
how do I find his hats on ebay?
I'd like to see him use a little more flange in the brims.
