"Robert Stack in his role as Eliot Ness on the television program The Untouchables." -- 1960
Two of my favorite quotes from Calamity Jane as played by Robin Weigert on HBO's Deadwood series:
"There's someone I need to go kill"..."You are not my target, but keep bothering me and I'll add you to the list."
and
"Excuse my ill humor. Certain people wear on my f***kin' nerves."
I wasn't aware of this series. What network did this series appear on? Do you know if it can be streamed online anywhere? If it goes back to early civilizations (kingdoms) it sounds like something I would enjoy.Between 2010 & 2012 the British art historian, Dr. Gus Casely-Hayford, hosted a very interesting docu-series entitled ' The Lost Kingdoms Of Africa ' in which he visited various countries in Africa to unravel their royal pasts. Anyway, Gus wore a pretty ordinary Aussie leather bush hat throughout the episodes & because he wore it with such a blatant lack of self consciousness, he looked bloody damned good in it.

A lovely woman, willing to transform herself into a scruffy character. Two of my favorite quotes from Calamity Jane as played by Robin Weigert on HBO's Deadwood series:

Mesopotamia was the Kingdom of his brother Enlil.Isn't that Mesopotamia rather than Africa ?
Yes. I thought Robin Weigert was fantastic.I see it more as a talented actress getting into the 'skin' of an interesting character.
Say his name
Harv on Gotham. I believe he switched to the wider brimmed hat during season 2. I like the the wide brim much better.
I agree. He and Robin Taylor (Penguin) are pretty much the only reasons I ever watch the show.Bullock has always been a very noir-ish fedora wearer. Donal Logue has him nailed.
