I hope you are not diabetic or pre diabetic. I like food & drink too much to like anything weak or bland. Bold is Gold! Wheat beers are weak & always taste like fresh wet cut grass.I’ve been looking for a diabetic friendly alternative to pasta. So far, neither the kelp noodles, shiitake mushroom noodles, or squash noodles have been acceptable.
But I do enjoy a good wheat beer!

I replace noodles with julienne zucchini, sauteed in olive oil with onions, garlic, etc, in most any dish. I add Italian sausage, marinara, rosemary, oregano and then parmesan cheese on top. Mmmmm...I’ve been looking for a diabetic friendly alternative to pasta. So far, neither the kelp noodles, shiitake mushroom noodles, or squash noodles have been acceptable.
