Long day and evening finds me enjoying a Founders Porter. Sipping the black beer with a creamy head down at the boat house this evening. The taste is always pleasing. For me it is a go to beer. I am wearing an Australian made stingy Whippet hat. A unique hat matching a unique day.

Got my chores done, worked on this latest Resistol for a while. Now for some Hop Nookie from Kern River Brewing Co. Very good and surprisingly well balanced for 11% IPA. Chinook is my favorite bittering hop, also used in Elysian Space Dust. Along with the Amarillo for flavor and aroma it's a favorite of mine.
