Here is my VEB Vereinigte Hutwerke Guben (thanks Steve for the info) find, earlier posted in the Homburg Nation thread. There is some moth damage (not holes) but the rest condition is good. Nice find, Panos. These VEB hats have been plentiful finds here in the vintage shops last year. Bit of a hit and miss affair: some very good, others not so much.

Wonderful flowery flows to that typography, Steve. Suggests a cross over from Art Nouveau to Art Deco. Could easily be 1920s, possibly even 1910s.

We know though that a good font branding style stays longer than an era, so I may well be wrong.

No matter what though, super finds Steve. Thanks for sharing.
