So I'm selling off a jacket against many member's better judgement. It was a gift from my wife last year and a most excellent one at that. It has not seen much wear, only 5 or 6 times outside of the house. I was never a fan of how it fit me and in Alaska the months where it is the right weight for me are limited. It was actually my wife's suggestion to sell it, so I feel a whole lot better about it. She and I would both rather use the funds to help with start up and moving costs for a business that I am going into with my brother in California.

The Real McCoy's G-1 Flight Jacket Model MJ14103. Comes with tags, box, and original paperwork. The jacket is absolutely beautiful and the quality is exactly what you would expect from The Real McCoy's.

Between the MSRP, Japanese sales tax, proxy shipping service fees, and US Import Taxes, this jacket was about $2,150 to our door. I'm asking $1225 shipped in the US.

The size is 44, but I would say it fits like a 42 Long for this style of jacket. However the gussets in the back allow for movement even if the fit is tight. Measurements are approximate and should be used as a guide only:
Chest- 44"
Shoulders- 19"
Back Length- 27"
Sleeve Length- 27"

Good luck with the sale Dude

Just moved on two 'long stayers' that didn't quite 'pass muster' (IMHO & to my taste) & therefore weren't keepers....

Tried a load of classified here last year but sold the lot on the Bay in the end due to no takers.
Would prefer to sell to Folk on here :)
Definitely. Even if an item doesn't work out for you you feel better if it ends up with someone you know will appreciate it.

In fact a couple of the Bay sales have been to FL members :)
Sometime I think it may be easily to sell certain items on eBay because of the added protection someone might feel when buying through that system. Fees can add up for the seller though...

I have just moved several Eastmans products on for very strong money, even with the current fees it was worth the venture. Just sold two motorbikes through their classifieds too...tried selling the Bikes through enthusiast forums..compliments but no buyers unless very cheap

I'm glad to hear the Eastman's went for a good price. I've been wanting to try Eastman for a long time, but still haven't taken the plunge. Someday for sure and most likely the next repro G1 I go for.
