For sale: 1950s Samsonite luggage set, DFW

I have a Samsonite 4 piece luggage set for sale. I'm in Fort Worth, Texas, so it would probably be best if you're in the general area, as I think shipping may be costly. This is a Samsonite set in a medium russet brown leather or faux leather, with brown silky fabric interiors. I would guess this is a 1950s set just going by appearance. It is the style featured in the bottom piece on the Samsonite history page: http://www.samsonite.com/samsonite/about/history/

All are in good condition. I have 1 large suitcase, 1 medium suitcase, 1 small suitcase, and 1 overnight case/train case. The set does have locks on it, but I have no keys. The set does not lock unless you use a key to lock it; I've had the set for about 2 years and have never had a problem.

I am asking $75 for the set locally - if you want it shipped we can discuss the cost. I'm negotiable and will consider offers! This is a great set and I'd like to see it go to someone who will appreciate it.

They look, to me, more like the case in the bottom of the 1920s picture. Very much like that case! Look at the locks and handle anchors.

Too bad I'm not in the market for luggage.

I must say I am vividly interested. I am wondering if you are shipping worldwide, expenses paid (ofcourse). If I am not mistaken, it would be possible to fit two of the smaller suitcases in the large suitcase...
