Footwear to go with our jackets

I match leather/accessories. Black belt, watch strap and jacket with black/gray/blue sneakers. Brown belt, watch strap and jacket with brown/olive sneakers. I never wear a black jacket with brown sneakers, nor a brown jacket with black or gray sneakers. To my untrained, subjective eye, mixing browns and blacks is discordant/incongruous.

Thanks for sharing. I will have to watch your wjaywt-pics more closely for color matching in the future, haven’t thought much about it before.

It took 3 coats of Bison Brown dye, but I think these Black Cherry Redwings are starting to be a good match.

Nothing but Boots here. A pair of 4 yr. old Lucchese Brown Calf

that just got re-soled. Nothing feels as good as an old pair of broke in boots.

The Role Clubs are. Brian measured my feet in person and did an amazing job fitting the boots. The Lofgrens are in second here. The Wescos are by far the least comfortable.

Ah.... jackets and now footwear:

Left to right. Role club 2306 flat toe last horsehide strips.
Mr Freedom Road Champs in brown re soled and lasted by Brian.
Frye, soft leather, nice but a step down from the last three Red Wing Beckman's.
The Beckman's soften nicely with wear, polish up nicely and become comfortable in short time. Goes with pretty much anything you wear.

Lina, what's that first mid ankle, chukka boot? Rolling dub trio? Those are exactly what I'm after. I can't wear boots that hit my calves...But I for damn sure need a pair of boots this year.
