2 days from Pakistan to Sweden! Some quick pictures after unboxing and wearing around the house for half an hour.
Vintage half belt with some mods.
Horsehide leather in “Whiskey” color.
Specified this one to fit slightly looser to accommodate layering. First impression is that I’m happy with it. Very soft and comfortable leather right out of the box.

Have a nice weekend everybody!

Perfect fit and looks great! Is the leather consistant in terms of weight/thickness?

I’m new to this “game” so I haven’t handled a lot of different leather jackets. But imo it’s consistent to a degree that I find satisfying. With that said I can feel that the right sleeve is a tad thinner than the left. Other than that I can’t notice/feel any other thin spots.

Yes, wet the area you want to stretch with water from a spray bottle. Then stuff with pillows/towels and let dry under tension. You should be able to gain an inch. Leather is very stretchable when wet. You can also wear wet jacket until it dries, perhaps with a hoodie underneath to provide tension. Do not overdo it though, I'd say 1 inch is max you can get without deforming the panels, getting the zipper wavy, etc.

Hey folks. I just wanted to pass along a tip about the quilted lining 5* offers. I got their black laser quilted lining after requesting their diamond quilted black stitch lining. They said they had gotten complaints about the latter and replaced it with the former. Well, I’m not thrilled with the laser quilted either. It’s thin, cheap feeling and not warm. I should have asked for wool. ☹️

Hi. Sorry for the late response.
Here’s two pictures.
Thank you for the pictures! Very nice grain on that jacket. Now that you have a horsehide and 2.2mm CHL which one do you think is your preferred leather and why? I’m trying to figure out if the horsehide is worth the money.

No problem. I prefer the horse. It’s more comfortable. Steer is almost to heavy and thick for my taste.
