yeah... that's an oddly broad size range
with a 19 shoulder (assuming that's right) you can expect 23ish on PTP. He said 20-21 chest and 46 ptp. So who knows, obviously he got the terminology reversed, but the numbers don't add up. I think closer to 46 chest & 23 ptp is in line with the 19 shoulder.

That's a beauty though. I skimmed quick but didn't see zipper info, hopefully they're original and in good shape. The tricky part is always the back length. Fingers crossed you got a keeper there.

That was more or less what I was thinking/hoping. I feel like shoulders are pretty easy to get right, and pit to pit are usually measured an inch or two smaller than actual. Fingers crossed indeed!

And if it doesn't, hopefully it'll fit someone here.

Shipping from the US to Europe is crazy now. Ten yars ago, this jacket would ship for $40-50. Now it's hard to find shipping rates under $100. And every imported thing is taxed now in France, it's awful if the actual value is declared for customs.
Which is quite annoying tbh. Last week I had to pay $93.28 to get a jacket shipped from the US to Europe.
While vice versa, shipping costs actually got cheaper this year: €38,80

Lucky when shipping is cheap. I am waiting for a Cal I bought 3 weeks ago on ebay again. I told the seller that he would find cheap rates with USPS first class or priority mail, around $40-50, and he trusted me, setting the shipping cost at $50. But it finally cost him $105 to ship, and it's a slow, really slow shipping. Hopefully I receive it tomorrow or the next days. He was kind eough to declare $40 for customs, and I had to pay 12 EURO online for customs. Just imagine the cost if the actual$350 value had been declared...

My last 3 Cals and a Vanson have gone to Europe and every time I quote the shipping price, I think they think I'm trying to scam them. If you can cram it into a smaller box, not a lot of packing materials, etc, it's about $80-85 for US to most of Western Europe. The prepaid boxes are more expensive and a Cal or similar jacket will only fit in a large which costs $120 or something like that. DHL would be about $150 for same shipment, albeit probably a few days faster. Europe coming to US is much cheaper for whatever reason. But it does sound like you Europeans are getting crushed with all the taxes and duties, etc.

They say it's 4oz leather, but then say it's lighter in weight? Huh? And the suede says 5.5oz. There's no way those can be correct.

Here is another SHORTY :mad::mad::mad:...... As I have said before----These MW jackets all seem to be short but not only that, they seem to be the same dang length regardless of size!!!! Every one I come across from size 40-46 ends up being 23.5" in back length......... Like, were people capped on height back in the 50s and 60s but they could be as girthy as they wanted???? Its odd........

Anyway, nice shape and a cool jacket. Priced pretty ok for the condition and the jacket type etc.

Maybe @tmitchell59 has space for a closetmate to his new MW----CAT's EYE--- I know he could pull off these dimensions. I think others such as @Marc mndt could maybe pull it off too if the EU didn't treat importation of USED LEATHER JACKETS like the importation of freakin Plutonium!!! Pardon my judgy attitude.....but those shipping rates SUCK for our poor brothers in Europe. What is the point of taxing so hard that people just WON'T buy things!!!! Way to spur the global economy EU!!! Not like they are protecting domestic products either!!! The Used Leather Jacket Seller's Lobby in the countries of Europe seems to be very very strong. What's the point!??!!?!?! Next they'll be taxing Christmas Cards from outside the EU!!!!!!!!!!!!! Total BS!!!!!!! [END OF RANT--sorry to offend:cool:] Ok, carry on.......

Perhaps Pegasus, Whitefeather, and Vanek hired a Lobbyist in Brussels to help "even out the market" until Europe is awash in their secondhand product...

(they asked Thedi to participate but he said No, Thanks)

In terms of body length this one will be easy to pull off since it has a massive 3" front drop. The sleeves are rather short though.

It's not just import taxes. 49.5 cent of every Euro I earn goes to the government in the form of income tax. Health care is fully payed by the government though, so is education.

Personally I didn't make use of Healthcare or education last year. Maybe I should get free leather jackets instead. Can that be arranged?
