I’m so close to buying a jacket I know will be too big. All manner of rationalization running through my head. I can layer, the fur lining is thick, it’s a fur lined Cal straight zip Cal, I may get bigger, my eyes deceive me and the measurements are wrong, it’s a damn fur line Cal lol.

Dude, this one is a real beauty and about an hour away from me. I'm gonna say this is the nicest straight zip Cal I have ever seen. Considering how vintage coolness goes, one would expect this to be a size 38. Alas, its not too small---BUT TOO BIG. I could eat Bacon & Lard sandwiches and three Mexican Cokes per meal, lift like a beast for a decade, and STILL not fill out those shoulders. The leather jacket gods are a cruel lot indeed.............

These under the radar Schotts are not seen that often and have a unique look for a Cafe Racer. From what I understand, they were made for direct sale through motorcycle shops. This is a clean 44 with the Offer Option......

Yes these are pretty run of the mill in terms of the vast number of them out there. This not a rare jacket. So NOT a find. But I think it is a deal for the right dude. For someone looking to grab a knock around Cafe Racer that is cool enough to get some looks---you could do MUCH worse than this jacket that could be had for around $50-60 all in depending on your local taxes. I have a feeling the Seller may take a reasonable offer although how much lower can you offer when the jacket is listed for $38.99???!!?!?!?o_O This jacket looks clean though the pics aren't fabulous. Oxblood/Maroon/Burgundy colored.

The Fidelity Cafe Racer. A proud member of the UNDERRATED FOR THE PRICE club....... This is a great one for someone just getting into this hobby or venturing into the Cafe Racer waters for the first time. Tagged size 46.

My hair
It rather does look to be an earlier heavy Cal gem. It should fit someone with a smaller chest given the lining.
edit I was thinking p2p. Yes the shoulders will through it off

yep. The shoulders are a killer. Whoever commissioned the building of that jacket was a mountain of a human.

I don't care if it is Tommy Hilfiger, this thing is ROCKIN'
Sz40-tagged a small, but remember we wore things baggier in the 90s:

This is too sweet! Tommy Hilfiger early 90's jackets were fantastic, although yeah, bit larger than what the size would indicate and that European leather that these companies used to source was grade A stuff. Not to mention it's a pretty accurate Brooks repro! I only suspect sleeve openings are a bit wide as on all jackets of the era but that can be fixed. Worth it on this piece.

just my opinion but looks like the entire jacket was painted?

Yes, I believe this is original, complete spray of jacket. I've seen these blackened zippers before. I don't understand the full finishing process, but this sure looks like what has happened.

I don't think this jacket was worn much. It may well have hung in a store for years.

Ok this is not a deal, but it's a confusing ebay add for "Real McCoys" Buco J24 replica. However the jacket to my un-trained eyes looks like an Original Buco J24. Unless it's been artificially aged, which given the state of it, could be. Will need a zipper too.
*Please be aware - this jacket has been modified/Heavily damaged* So if you have a sensitive system, may not want to click the link
