Well here's another weird situation I just had with eBay seller.

While they provided measurements for the item in question, having owned a few of basically the exact same jackets from the same brand, I asked the seller simply to tell me what the size tag says as I'd have a much clearer picture whether it'd would fit me or not. It's a European brand that had very consistent sizing and it's one of those cases I'd much rather be guided by the size number.
First they respond that they have included all the measurements in the description and after I tried explaining the reason why would appreciate it if they could just tell me the actual size of the garment - The size tag is present, by the way, I can see it on the photo but it's rolled away from the camera - they kept on responding that I should check the measurements.

I won't buy the jacket, obviously but some people are just really weird...

I never understood these type of sellers, I got a similar situation with a seller and I just left the conversation at some point as it was ridiculous to not get a proper answer to a simple question.

guy who was looking for small sized cafe racers. Found that 37 Cal Padded Racer. I'd hit BIN if that's the style you want.

Vintage 6 Panel Leather Jacket Cal-Leather Black Cafe Racer Size 37 RARE | eBay

This jacket is awesome. Love mine. Miraculously, this one has been for sale for quite some time. And it has the Cal label. Wish mine did. I’ve owned a few Cals and none had the Cal label. Other labels yes, but not from Cal. It’s not important but somehow it is. Lol.

Great deal! Wish I had enough in my budget to get

it is a good deal. I paid $200 for mine in the summer and was able to sell it for the same price used a year later.

That said, the Ashby has those silly brass buttons and rayon sleeve lining that leave your arms covered in sweat. Beaufort or Bedale are really the ones to go with. Border on Moreland for serious outdoor wet weather work.

I’ve bought and sold hundreds of items on eBay and can count the problems on one hand. But I’ve probably pulled out of purchasing a good hundred simply from the replies to my messages. If someone seems weird in a reply I just chalk the item off, not worth the hassle there is always another one come up.

I agree, use eBay to your advantage, not to enter into battles you can not win with the abyss

Looks like a woman's jacket. The back side zips are a ladies feature if I’m not mistaken...shame as I like the collar, but the top snap is on the right hand side...
