Finds and Deals - Leather Jacket Edition

Great deal for 80 quid, even with all the repairs to the lining. I had that one, it's an amazing jacket. Hard to explain but it's better than it should be. Easy to wear, fits good, looks great. Suede is really sturdy on these. 5x better than Levi's or anything else I've seen.

Best part, you can simply machine wash it to literally no ill effect.

Speaking of suede..Definitely a deal when it comes to Lost Worlds Prices. Never owned a suede jacket of any kind. I’m super tempted by this though. 1. What do we think of this color? 2. Anyone ever have any LW suede? They have two sizes left 34 or 36 and I happen to be a 36....

***Stay away from Sam Walker jackets unless you have seen them in person! ***
I've owned 3 and sold them all... I wouldn't pay over $100 for one.

I've seen one and it was a major crap but the leather wasn't anything like the one above. Looks CXL.

The first one I bought, I should have kept...the hide was like Thedi's horsehide. It was not an Aero knock-off, but more of a German 30's HB style. The others were CR*P.

I was just walking home wearing the exact same jacket, thinking how I should figure out how to buy that exact same jacket. I need help.

While I have much faith in Vanson, this impulse buy was based on photos and reviews of your jacket. Plus the positive feedback your jacket always seems to garner. This is the second jacket you have led me to purchase in the past month or so. Perhaps Vanson and Branded should provide you a royalty?

Not something I should be very proud of. :D But it honestly is a good jacket and I can't wait to see/hear your review! One that I got was custom made and it's a bit different than this one but if they're anything alike, I think you'll be very happy. It's a jacket I often wear.

No doubt it will be. When I reach for denim it is almost always to my Lee rather than Levi's. Something about this style seems to catch my eye. I look forward to it.

The 101 looks like a biker jacket...the slanted chest pockets and all...just seems more biker than the type III.

Yes, that is it! The slanted chest pockets and straight up-down stitching on the 101's front is more appealing to me than the Levi straight pockets and V-shaped front stitching. To further this thought, I do seem to grab the Type III when heading out to dinner or something perhaps a bit more formal.
