Extraordinarily burnished patina.Looks like the Kurland D-pocket but with different hardware and an Aldencrest label. Same glove-tanned label too. I like how this brown ages.

Maybe because different police departments have different specs on their jackets.First time I have ever seen a Reed in this style.
Theses are easy to wear jackets. I have the same one in brown, I have to find a black one...These are the best! The sleeves demand tapering, but beyond that...Amazing design!

These jackets use to come around, haven't seen one for awhile. Most are steerhide. The one on the far left below is the horsehide model.

^^^ @Claybertrand
type @, then start typing the name of the person you want to post— a drop down menu will pop up and select the bubba. Finito.
On both of these jackets--the square pocket is only piped on 3 sides with the other side going into the side seam on each side. Are these a later Herc or are they another Label???
Anyone have any info on this label/brand? Maybe @tmitchell59
@tmitchell59I can't picture the pockets you are referring to. Most of the Hercules had the Sponge Bob Square Pockets. This Sportclad also has them. Though they look very similar, they were different jackets in fit and finish.
