I bought this but it doesn't fit perfectly. If anyone here wants it I will sell it for what I paid ($45) plus whatever shipping costs.
I was actually thinking of you when I posted it. Congrats!Just bought it
You're just the right size All the good stuff runs smaller it seems.Just bought it
This color is super-duper rare with the early white label. Plenty of it with the later and inferior AMF black label. The leather on this one looks substantial. A must for any HD Sportster fan.TAN Harley cafe racer:
Vintage 1960 Harley Davidson Sportster Cafe Racer Leather Jacket | eBay

Harley Davidson leather jacket. Circa 1960s. Talon zippers. Single pocket on the left breast. The measurements are as accurate as possible. The jacket doesn't lay flat perfectly, so the measurements, especially the chest, are seam to seam.

Chest: 19.5 inches. Length: 26.5 inches...www.ebay.com
So, I went to see him last weekend. We had a nice talk and coffee, he also knows about FL and has a great collection of jackets (Aero, SB, Buzz Rickson, Eastman...).It's great that you can meet the seller in person. You can try on the coat, see the construction quality for yourself, and hopefully buy it! Please post pictures.
Cats eye for a steal! Sorry I missed this one. Not CSC, Los Angeles Sport Togs. Some one got a deal.
what year do you estimate, Terry? It looks like a 40s jacket with the lining and design but wasn’t sure about that main zipper which looked original. Unfortunately I did not buy it.Cats eye for a steal! Sorry I missed this one. Not CSC, Los Angeles Sport Togs. Some one got a deal.
The zipper pull looks original. The stop box is probably Talon down the middle. This is a transitional combo, which dates it c.1950. I have 2 and both have this transitional zipper. I originally thought these were CSC, until a member here pointed to the same leather tag as LA Sport Togs. These are produced at the end of the Aviator style which began in the late 30swhat year do you estimate, Terry?
