Man.....you guy's are hard on my budget, BUT in a good way. I'm the old dawg, new tricks character you hear about. First the world of fedora's, the taller the crown the better, NOW Red Wing IRON RANGERS particularly the 8111's. Still in the break in period, but I'm loving these things. Wonderful craftmanship and that amber finish..............

Could use 54" taslan "strings" instead of th 48 inchers though. The next tweak move;)

Another comment about my IRON RANGERS. I truly love these boots, the craftmanship, the fit, the style, the ""IT" Factor. The thing I am NOT impressed with is the brutal "break in" period. It's been a long time since my last experience with one of these, I forgot how much I "like" this.
