All-

I've lost 20 lbs recently and I'm wondering how much my hat size will decrease as I approach my goal (I would like to lose another twenty.) Can anyone provide any guidance (e.g. one hat size per X lbs.)?

By the way, I shave my head so I can't use hair as a buffer.

I've been trying to lose some myself, but it's tough. I don't have a scientific answer to your question, but when I feel around my scalp where my hat rides, I don't feel much fat between the skin and the skull, so my guess would be that losing bodyfat wouldn't affect one's hat size much, if at all.
