My great-grandfather, Michael Rosario (Portuguese name but not blood - Christian Indians who adopted the surname in Goa, India - which I just visited with the navy and flew home from post-deployment!) on the RIGHT with a chum on the left in a novelty photo. Early 1920s (he died in 1927):

Another family shot. My uncle knows the names of the couple on the left, I believe they were cousins on his father's side. That is my step-grandfather, Stephen Hearnden, Flight Sgt before commissioning in the rear, Grandma on the right. My dad is about 12, and this is before my uncle's birth in 1935. This would have been in London, and may have been a wedding or engagement shot:

I love this one, a rarity - two brothers (half), George Hearnden and Patrick Raleigh. This would be London, spring of 1936.
