I have to ask... don't get me wrong but how have you been wearing it or storing it?
Even my Schott that I "don't care much", the leather is not in this condition.

Must admit that the leather condition is slightly wrinkled, but absolutely there's no crack or tear all over the leather....

I bought a really nice Toyo Enterprises Indian Motorcycle Hercules style jacket from Ricky a while ago. Had the same wrinkles. After a couple of wears all gone and only outstanding patina left. Must be a storage thing or climate related. Leather jackets in Indonesia is not what one expects. Like selling bikini's in Alaska. Ricky has some nice jackets.

Thanks @AdeeC , that is one of TOYO's beautiful jacket. The leather jackets is also a good market here, but not as much as in Australia, Europe or US because the tropical climate in Indonesia.
