Typical conversation. I ask what she wants for dinner.

"Can you make Panda Express?"

Yeah. Okay. I'll throw together some "Panda Express". Chinese food. It's not all that hard to throw some stuff into a hot pan. Then stir. Let me clean out the fridge.

Bell pepper and carrot. It's what I had. Any veggie will work. Very lightly tossed, so that it's not overcooked. You want each bite to still have flavor. You need to be able to taste the sweetness.

The eggs should be soft, fluffy, and moist. Nobody wants dry, overcooked eggs.

Rice. Egg Fried Rice is not that complicated. You just have to stir it around. Stir fry. Fried rice. Stir the rice, add the other ingredients, that's it.

I also had tri tip. That went in the oven to roast while I was frying the rice. Panda Express doesn't give you unlimited roast beef on the side, when you order egg fried rice.. That only happens at my house.
