its striking unique, and fits you perfectly, I didn't mean to compare it to that costume, just the first thing comes to mind, I think he looks real cool in that tvshow ... at least until Ton brought up the horizontal blinds now I can not unsee it
I just decided to sell it here on Classifieds hoping that there is someone here who wants to make a fool of himself wearing this jacket^Agreed. And Robbie, you do wear it well. Please don't take offense...perhaps I am becoming prude in my golden years.
I don't recall saying you looked like a fool. In fact the jacket fits you really well. The pattern leaves much to be desired (that's just my opinion).I just decided to sell it here on Classifieds hoping that there is someone here who wants to make a fool of himself wearing this jacket
Game over, Ton - please take a look on Classifieds ;-))) I really hope that my wife is not saying the same "The pattern leaves much to be desired" as she hasn't seen it, yet....I don't recall saying you looked like a fool. That’s the only opinion that counts.Game over, Ton - please take a look on Classifieds ;-))) I really hope that my wife is not saying the same "The pattern leaves much to be desired" as she hasn't seen it, yet....
It always depends on the wearer, to me it does work independently of bikes, cars, whatever. Of course, it's going to look even more badass when riding a nice vintage bike though)sorry fellas but unless you are on some kind of classic motor cycle run, hunched over your cafe racer or attempting a record at the salt flats, I don't think this jacket works.........apologies again, but its too much
As are some people!!Congrats....you actually look like the rocketeer in that one. Doubt you’ll actually wear it much, some things are better left hanging in the closet.
Thanks for the compliments ;-)As are some people!!

Thank you, I thought so - in such cases my English unfortunately is too limited to understand every single phrase as I'm not a native speaker.Don't think Abba was talking about you Robbie.
Thank you! This style is so cool. There's just so much jacket there....I bet every day you can find a new angle to look at. Much like a timeless song. Congrats.

Thank you, Bowen, for your kind words! I'm 100% with you and "keyboard assaults" are unfortunately so common in our modern world - less here but more on other platforms (Insta, Facebook, etc.).Robbie:
My apologies Sir!!
In no way was that meant for you.
I just wanted the quote in that post to remain for reference to my response.
I don’t make a habit of keyboard assaults but that guy wasn’t close enough to slap!!
I know better but damn, that one felt good!
My apologies to all.
Be well. Bowen
It depends on the person I suppose. Middle aged? Hey, look at Terry Mitchell! He's one of my favorites in our small world and he always looks very smart and so sharp dressed in his every cross-zipped MC.It's an unusual look, that's for sure. I think the fact that we aren't used to it means we can't quite incorporate the pattern into our worldview just yet.
I personally stay away for any kind of statement piece and won't even wear a cross zip style as I just can't accept myself with that look, as a middle aged non-biker who in most cases looks better in a tweed jacket than a leather jacket. As soon as I wear bike leather I look like a superannuated bouncer or a minor bad guy in a Die Hard sequel.
