My first son they stuck me over 7 times. My second son was just once, but holy schnikey that hurt.
So they can't bring a wine cart around during this time?

I'm a fan of Absolutely Fabulous, and there was an episode where Eddi was having surgery.
Patsy said "oh I'll have what she's having" but Patsy wasn't going to have surgery. :D

Hey Tom

Tell the parents Happy Anniversary. Mine made 50 plus years in spite of Dad marrying for the first time at 38. I made 27 before getting the Big D, should have done it years ago. Mom's parents made 65 years I think. I"m not exactly sure when Dad's Mom and Step dad were married though.

The ex got the spinal block about 30 seconds before number 1 son flew out, it took effect about the time the nurse tried to get her to walk to the restroom. From the screams, this didn't seem to work well. One thing I made sure happened, they wiped the kids off before they handed them over, they come out covered in transmission fluid. I wonder how they do that?

Wait, the man doesn't get anything during this time?
Well no wonder I never became a father. :D

Hi

On the first one, I was asked if I wanted to "view the placenta?" I didn't want to, but since I'd paid so much for it I went over and took a look. Looked like Liver to me, so I DID get to do something, just not something FUN.

Geez, you are lucky. I got to see everything of the C section. I even got to smell the flesh burning with the laser. The whole nine yards and cutting the umbilical cord, placenta etc., etc.

I think our forefathers had the right idea with being in the bar across the street when I think more about it. :p
