From Wikipedia.

"Geritol is a US trademarked name for various dietary supplements, past and present.[1] Geritol is currently a brand name for several vitamin complexes plus iron or multimineral products in both liquid form and tablets, containing from 9.5 to 18 mg of iron per daily dose.[2] The name conveys a connection with aging, as in "geriatric." The product has been promoted from almost the beginning of the mass media era as a cure for "iron-poor tired blood". In the early 20th century, some medical doctors and other health professionals felt that much of the tiredness often associated with old age was due to iron deficiency anemia.[citation needed]"

Also well known as the sponsor for The Lawrence Welk show in the 70's.

I was thinking more of a vehicle like this...

Now, just add a tuft of white beehive and a cigarette in one hand, and that's all you can see above the wheel :) Typical old lady car. If that's not you, you're okay.

You sound like a commercial lol

Geritol? I don't even know what that's for lol
Is a 51 chevy pickup big? :eeek: Slower.... um no :p

On a related note, we were discussing at work how as you get older the cars get bigger. My friend asked me where I was gonna go next, stretch limo perhaps? Another suggested I'm old already lol

Lord...memories of my first car. 1977 Buick LeSabre. White with a white vinyl top, red velor interior and wire hubcaps. Inherited it from my Grandfather when he got a new Park Avenue. Told me it was mine to take care of, all the gas, upkeep and insurance....then signed the title over to me. Had the thing for three days before I sold it. Bought me a '69 Dodge Superbee...and so began my love of ridiculous muscle cars.

God, I love those old Buicks! Sounds like a dandy, too. My first car was almost a 69 Superbee, when I was 13. Guy that called right before me bought it.

My first car was also a 1977 Buick Century 2-door. Dark brown metalic with that faded yellow half top.... "Mid Sized" for the year 77' 18+ feet long! although I could park it like nobodies business plus it was the smoothest steering machine I've every owned. Over all it was a junker, but it was my first and I paid cash for it....

My first car was a 1960 Chevy Bel-Air, 4-door post. Manual steering, manual brakes, AM radio, a very basic car. The 283 had been replaced by a 350. The car was a boat of a thing, and I could parallel park that car anywhere, anytime.

My first car is the car I still have... A silver 2000 Pontiac Grand Am, four door, manual transmission. It has a spoiler. It's kind of cool :p

I'm about a week into my first beard adventure. I got sick of shaving my whole face everyday in this hot weather. Not to mention the cost of decent razors. It's growing in fairly nicely. I still use a blade every couple days though to keep it nice and groomed around the edges:D

TRAVIS! How are ya, pal? You're a crazy son of a gun to grow a beard when it's hot! That's saved for cold weather in these parts. I grow one every November, I'd be happy if it stopped coming in all white-trashy, though!
