Well, it's my birthday in 2 minutes.

Happy ****ing birthday to me......

I know how you feel Tom. Same thing happened to me about a year ago. I was in my 2002 Hyundai Sonata, and I also didn't have full coverage. Fortunately I was on my way home from drill night at my fire department so I was considered on duty and the fire department's insurance covered it. Since then I've learned that I can add comprehensive without collision and it will cover deer strikes for a lot less $$ than full coverage.

Oh, and a belated happy birthday. All things considered, it could have been a lot worse.

I'll have to consider that. I would imagine the damage was much more extensive in a Sonata. My buddy hit one in his and pretty well totaled out the car.

Thanks for the birthday wishes!

Hey, Happy Belated Birthday Wishes Tom! Is this the All Important 21 or the Not as Important 22? Either way, hopefully it wasn't all that bad other than the buck Cadi introduction.
:D

Being this is the excessive posting thread just a quick question for some of you, everybody likes there vintage stuff kind of out with the new in with the old type of thing which is cool. Now that I've said that here's the question why
have some of you recently been changing your avatars or is this keeping with the same format,we replace a younger picture of ourselves with an older one?

I did have a nice party this evening. Very responsible compared to ones in the past.

Maybe that's why they call it Partyville(haha),just kidding Tom I'm sure you're more responsible than that.

Which includes my 21st last year which was pretty wild. This year, I turned 22, but don't tell anybody. I just plan on turning 21 every year from now on.

Had a great birthday, even the Caddy thing had an upside. The guy I bought the hood from is a hod-rod builder and a rockabilly musician. He's actually managed to get some gigs with some pretty big names and sounds like he may reach a level of celebrity. How cool is that?

Cool indeed! Rockabilly hot-rod building Caddy driver? Glad Your Day was a great one.

Actually, the insurance company wanted to total it at first. The damage was about $30 above the point which they considered the vehicle a total loss. I bought this car new in 2002 and have taken very good care of it so there was no way I could get a comparable vehicle for the book value that they wanted to pay me. Fortunately they relented and I'm still driving it today.
