All this talk about cats...I'm browsing the local shelters website right now to find me a DOG.
When you call a dog to come and see you, they are happy and obey....call a cat and they give you a look like, "what, you talking to me"????All this talk about cats...I'm browsing the local shelters website right now to find me a DOG.

I was half joking earlier, but the more I thought about it, the more I really do want a dog again. Trying to decide what sort of dog I want. I've always had large to medium sized dogs - Irish Setter, Keeshond, Great Dane, Rottweiller, American Bulldog, etc.
Here's the thing though, I haven't got a big backyard as such. Most of it is full of swimming pool with only a small strip of grass on the side of the house so a big dog is out. I'd like something that will do well inside and isn't a "high activity" dog as I am gone during the day at work. Suggestions?
Being addicted to the FL
Seriously, I have no idea...... I'm busy all day and I'm posting less.... wait... that's a scary thought! What was my score when I wasn't as busy?? :eeek:
It could be that "organic" bugs are just as non organic are for the ketchup....and now what is really going on....there is Catsup and Ketchup...should we note a "meow" in that formula?
Thought I'd bring the Knott's Berry Farm discussion that was started in the What's For Dinner thread here.
I'm scared of heights and I have a tendency to hurk on roller coasters and things that spin.... so yeah.... not gonna happen.
You bunch of nancies. Fear of heights, spiders, the color green...ridiculous. I'm not afraid of anything....'cept sharks. Those things are terrifying.
Sounds good. You get eggs with meat and vegetables at the same time.
Hiyas all,
I have mice...so not happy.

But a tomato is a fruit! lol
Oh now see.... I was going to put out a bowl of puppy chow and try to pet them and the Javelinas
When I went to Arizona with my parents several years ago, we saw the javelinas walking around. I wanted to take a picture of them and they started walking away. My mom suggested just getting out of the car and following them to take my picture. She says," They're harmless." I didn't follow my mother's suggestion thank goodness. I found some more javelinas down the road and took a picture of them through the car window. Later we were talking to a ranger about them and the guy told us that they were quite aggressive animals. I think he nearly fainted at the idea my mom even suggested! lol lol lol This story has sort of become the running joke in my family. Every time I hear about javelinas I always think of this.

Javelinas have those tusks and teeth for a reason. They look best mounted on a wall---they're safer to look at close up that way.
I suggest a black lab. They are lazy after the puppy stage and sweet
Yikes! I'm glad you didn't do it!! They run REALLY fast too :eeek:
