Hmmm, I wonder if the seller tried to type in "Superfine" and auto-correct "fixed" it to "Serpentine"? There's a couple of things in that ad that don't quite seem to line up (the box does not appear to be for the hat it contains, for example), so I wonder if this is another?

Missed out on this after 3+ weeks of trying to communicate with the seller. Saw they were only a few miles away so I initially asked if I could see the item in person (as there appears to be a dented crown to this derby). They responded that would be acceptable but their vehicle was broken. A couple friendly follow up reminders and all I got was crickets.


Today they dropped the price to where I was willing to eat the cost if it turned out to be a bust. So I messaged again letting them know I'll buy it sight unseen, but I asked if I could have the option for free local pick up. Suffice to say, no response, and it sold to someone else.

Out of principle for not wanting to pay $8.50 shipping I missed out on this late 20s Dobbs.
