Shameless appropriation!

This is on a Brazilian made Cury. Nice hat.
It appears that the bunny from "Monty Python & the Holy Grail" is about to bring his terrible wrath upon the hopeless, trademark infringing Cowpoke or his thirsty horse! :eeek:

Nice Henry The Hatter in Whiskey with reverse taper...

Not seeing a reverse taper, but cell phones and small point and shoot cameras will add significant distortion, enlarging things that are closest to the lens. When shot from above, a cell phone camera will make the crown appear straighter than it really is, sometimes adding the impression of a taper outward from the brim. The bell shape of top hats is accentuated as well.

You may be right. I was looking in particular at the third photo, in which the left side (observer's perspective) of the crown seems to overhang the hatband.

Woke up this morning and apparently had won this grey Royal Deluxe OR-style that I was not expecting to win at the bid I put in, thank goodness for having a relatively small head:

Sweatband is not marked as either an OR or Stratoliner...so not exactly sure what this one is. Plastic and round price sticker makes this late fifties?

It's a Royal Stetson :)

Lots of Stetsons didn't have a model name. OR and Stratoliner are actually the same hat. The Stratoliner has 2 1/2" brim and OR 2 3/4" - and then the Strat has little tighter roll in the flanging.

Plastic, round price sticker and the leaf in the upper left panel in the crest points to the late 50s. Earlier crests had stars in that panel.
