Just got my Stetson Royal De Luxe & 1/8

I'll likely send it to Optimo to be shaped to one of their style porkpies. (I have one of Johnnyphi's Whippets there now- awaiting it's return.)

Can anyone offer any ideas for other options?

Why change it? I have the same hat and it's a beauty. Yours looks to be in great condition and not in need of service.
How can Optimo improve on it?

I believe the style is referred to as the "flattop" appropriately enough. As near as I can determine it was a rather short-lived stye in the '50s. I have a couple of them, I think. At least one, anyway.
