I picked up a Knox Westlite in 7 a couple of weeks ago. I think I was the only bidder for that one also.
Wish I'd got that one instead of my recent "score," which sports 8 small moth nibbles and a weird coral colored stain on half the crown . . .
Someone had better snap up this bargain: :eeek:

Reading this made me so sad. I recently had an Allessandira for sale on the bay and it only sold for 70 bucks. I know it was because of the 6 7/8 hat size but man that is a huge drop off!
Just got my PayPal refund so, the MOTHer of all MOTHholes Stetson nightmare is over.
BTW, the seller's name is too true to be good too: CHEWbecca. lol
Watch for it, I'm sure it will resurface.
I was thinking about bidding on this one, but then grew suspicious - listed size and measurements didn't quite match, black sweatband - probably late 60's or newer, not 40's as listed and raw edge. Curious what Flechet experts here think..

Ummmm...the $9.75 shipping was a deal breaker for me on the Roy Rogers hat.....
Ten bucks for cross-continental shipping- a deal breaker-? Tell me you ARE kidding! [huh]
Geez, really that hat would be great for "scarecrow" material! LOL!The seller just relisted your moth ridden Stetson 7X nightmare.
