Bob, you scored big - that greenie looks to be in very good shape as well...wished I had bid a little higher!

Lee Adventure on ebay
M_Jones said:ScottF,
I don't have any pictures to post but I have three. Let me say that you got a great deal. The Lee Adventure has great felt and they are light enough that I have worn mine in 100+ F weather without a problem. I love them. Enjoy it!
tonyb said:Nope, I've never seen that one. And I don't recall ever meeting the seller. But in his description he kind of acknowledges that the hat must have gotten a replacement ribbon at some point.
Those Dobbs Westwards were apparently offered in various quality levels, judging from the ones that have passed through my hands. I happen to have a couple of 'em still -- one of which is among the better "regular" (factory-made, moderately priced when new) hats I've encountered, while the other one is a decidedly inferior lid. If this auction hat is a better one, the buyer got it at a reasonable price.

You have to host the pictures on an outside photo hosting site, like photobucket. It's free and relatively easy.
ScottF said:IDinerman, I'll take you up on that offer - here's one that's right up your alley. I was surprised you didn't snag it:
Dinerman said:I looked at that one, but decided I'd rather hold out for something a little older. That's '60s, though I don't know if it's early or late.
.....strange listing tho. [huh]billyspew said:
