Well, at least you weren't ripped off the money, that's something. It does sound distinctly like they were avoiding selling to you at a low price, though. I was winning a really nice suit at a low price a few months ago - only two ohurs before uaction end, the auction was pulled as "the item is damaged or no longer available." Yeah, right.

As others have said, I would put in a complaint to eBay out of form, but don't expect them to do anything about it. In my experience, much as I love eBay and much as 99% of folks on there are very genuine and honest, their much trumpted consumer protection measures aren't worth faeces.

R.B.,
If you get no recourse from e-Bay, then I shall call my friend Swearingen from the reputable Gem establishment. I'll instruct him to have Dan Doherity pay the fellow a visit, along the lines of his visit with the former Captain Turner. When Doherity finishes his call, he'll pay Mr. Wu the usual $5 fee for a swine repaste. Please remember, when visiting Deadwood, not to eat the bacon.
Best,
Woods

Quite so... as a wise man once said:
"Pain or damage don’t end the world, or despair or *^%(@#! beatin’s. The world ends when you’re dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man — and give some back." :cheers1:
