Does Your Jacket Stand Up?

From my experience, thick leather and many seams don't go well together, super stiff and resistant to break-in. I'd rather get a design like this in Johnsons goat or bison leather or you could ask them for a sample of their redwood bison. The shade of brown differs from batch to batch, but all three samples I have seen looked fantastic and would go well with a jacket design like this.
Their goatskin is pretty good, very thick and drapes like deerskin.

The heavy horse DEL-66 is a jacket I've invested a lot of time into it, I understand the stiffness of the thick horsehide. I thought about melton wool front panels. One way or another it will get that vintage look some time down the road.

They look like undead crawling out of their graves.

I didn't expect the Kelpie nor the tumbled CXLHH to stand up.
I thought the Lost World would but did not.
The 613SH fought valiantly for half a minute before collapsing and could not get it up again, she needs a blue pill.
Now if they do a march as an army of jackets, then I'll be impressed. ;-)
