I say give yourself some time to get used to the shorter brim. Looking at your photo RBH, it looks cool as a Tasmanian winter. The brim's certainly 'stingier' than you might be used to, but doesn't look 'too stingy' on you.

It reminds me of Bing Crosby.

Thanks every one, I believe this is a keeper.
If it wasnt for the color difference I would change the ribbon out, but then again that ribbon is what gives the hat part of its character.
The more I have worn it the better I think it looks, as I said it really reminds me of hats my grand dad wore.
The Milan is fast becoming my favorite type of straw.

The brim is great.
But it's the dents that are unusual
for a Milano hat. Very cool.
