Ok, be it a lucky coin, a special keyfob, special old pin or hair adornment, tell us about it.

I had a luck coin but lost it. I have an old brass Captain Black pipe tobacco key fob from the 1970s and I guess that's all.

I always carry a penknife(It's the same style as a buck knife, except it's about 3 inches long) and a Venturi cigarette filter in the watch pocket of my jeans. Oh yeah, and an Austrian military lighter like this one-http://www.cheaperthandirt.com/ZWB163-413-1395.html

It's been through a lot. I've had it for about 5 years. It was even stolen last November by some girl at a party. I got it back in August when a friend of mine stole it back. Now I never go anywhere without it.

I've given away a couple of St. Christopher metals, I'll have to replace that.

I always have a copy of Raise High the Roof Beam Carpenters in my car, my mom had one her car forever, no real reason but after a while I started thinking it was a good luck thing almost like her Our Lady of the Dashboard... [huh]

Yeah, now that you mention it.

I do. I have an old skeleton key from my grandfather's old house in Cleveland. Nickle plated because that's what he did for a living. Also very lucky in that it literally saved my most valuable possessions from being stolen.
A few years ago I lived for a while with a friend who owned an older house with skeleton key locks on the closet doors. He used to razz me about locking the closet in my room. It's a good thing I did because one day when no one was home, some punks broke into the house and burglarized us! :rage:
They failed to pick the lock so they resorted to breaking the upper part of the heavy wooden door with a heavy dumb bell. Luckily my portfolio with most of my original art and a lot of other valuables was on the floor just out of reach. :)
So having that key for many years and finding a use for it, finally payed off.
I still carry it now.
Who knows when I may need it again?

I have a little silver beetle, that is supposed to be for luck in some culture. I probably should know which culture, but I don't. I picked it up about four years ago, and have carried it in the zippered compartment of my wallet ever since.
When I was a kid, I had a purple lucky rabbit's foot that I carried with me every where I went.
Whenever I go to a casino, I bring with my a lucky $5 chip. The day I got this chip I won over $4,000 playing slot machines. So now, whenever I play the slots, I hold this supposed lucky $5 chip in my hand or have it in my pocket. I haven't had any really substantial payouts since my $4,000 day, but I'm still hoping. Last year while on a Caribbean cruise I found a lucky slot machine that I kept winning on a few hundred dollars at a time. One payout was $500 and the biggest payout was $950. By the end of the trip, I had a nice wad of cash in my wallet. I like to play black jack as well, but haven't had much luck at it, and will only play the $5 tables, which can be hard to come by. Either way, I always play with my lucky Foxwoods $5 chip in hand or pocket.

I carry a Club Obi Wan challenge coin. It's not superstitious because it really would be unlucky to be caught without it.

a hacky sack.

When bored, kick it. :D

But that's not a superstitious thing, I just play with the thing.

I always enjoy finding lucky pennies, though. :)

Ain't much for religion, but I always wear my orthodox cross on a chain around my neck. Trick is I have the label from my favorite vodka brand on the same chain.

Talisman

I used to carry a challenge coin from Army days inside my wallet,
but airport security metal detectors kept beeping it, so in to a
desk drawer it went. I still beep the magnatometers for one thing
or another though....[huh]
