I can't understand how these people remain in business with attitudes like that. You are there to sell a product but you don't want anyone to touch it---when it is obvious that you are going to have to touch it when you buy it.
One thing for sure, I am certainly not going to patronize the Sea Hag. Patronage would condone such poor customer service. If I wanted the same, I could cover myself with honey and call in some bees.
Beside that, those close enough can go see Art and save themselves the poor treatment. Good conversation, nice shop and I can take a look at the old 58 chevy truck in the parking lot up the street and scout parts for my own truck.
