You'll be happy to hear we're changing courier from UPS, so hopefully there won't be so many/such high customs charges from here on in.

Same here. I think our UPS/Fedex guys think we're drug dealers with all the boxes going in and out lolDare I say that on Signal things are a little different. We know our UPS guy by name. Hell he noticed our piano in the living room and my wife ask him if he knew how to play....he gave us a small concert....
Color me confused as well. Customs would seem to be carrier independent? And I've never paid any of these fees from UK/Scotland so I have no clue what matrix these places use...I'm probably being naive, but I would think a US Customs fee would be standard and based on the amount of the sale. Not sure why some couriers whould charge different prices, unless they are levying their own fees on top of the customs fee.
US customers..what have you been paying for US customs fee on a new Aero jacket?
I just paid $150 + on a Highwayman.
That sound right??
Holly,
I just received my Aero Stuart in vintage FQHH a few days ago via USPS...Great jacket and No custom fees!...Please tell Amanda and Vicki thanks for the great service and workmanship!
