Have you ever seen a hat like this before?

First one for me.

On the Barbisio/Cellini history, I don't know, but as the manufacturing companies disappeared from the landscape in the later 20th century, some brands were purchased and their names were utilized by the surviving companies. I believe that Bencraft Hatters (Brooklyn) sold Cellini and would probably have better information.
