I am from Germany in i would like to know, where i can order the Buzz Ricksons B-15C Jacket blue? Have someone good experiences with www.historypreservation.com? They do not offer paypal. What is with global rakuten japan?

I use yahoo auctions Japan for second hand BR jackets, and Rakuten for new because I live in Japan so shipping is negligible.

The other option would be Eastman; at least until March 2019 that will be acway to avoid import tax and VAT at point of receipt (thereafter, we don't yet know. Buy now!)

First of all...thank you for your answers guys!!! Yes i prefer HPA, although the jacket is a little bit more expensive there and the shipping costs to Germany are 100$, which are to high in my opinion. The Jacket on global rakuten is cheaper and they do not have shipping costs, as far as i know, i am not sure about that. The only thing is, that they do not accept refunds and exchanges, when they ship to overseas. But i would appreciate it ,if someone of you can show me a good global rakuten shop, which offers the Buzz Ricksons B-15C jacket blue.
