Thank you Captain, The felt that I used for this hat is a 100% rabbit 120G FEPSA, it turned out pretty good, I just wish that I had more than one FEPSA in this color, some brown and sable colors would be great too.

Thank you Sir. Yes Sir that is always a good feeling and sometimes it just unexpected. I thought that one of my other Indiana Jones hats in gray would sell before the 7 1/8", maybe I should make another 7 1/8" and put on Ebay, I just wish that I had another Dark Gray in 120G FEPSA Beaver to use.

I have 5 hats listed on Ebay for sale now, one is FEPSA 100% Beaver, I just posted another Steel Gray fedora with a red wine color hat band, dark blue satin hat liner with gold piping, specs for this hat:
· Single Crease Crown shape

· Front crown height is 4 5/8" at the wide pinch

· Back of the crown is 4 1/2" high

· Crown sides are 5-1/8" high at front dints

· Brim width is 2-3/4" wide

· Hat band is 1 1/2" wide vintage grosgrain ribbon Red Wine color

· Hat Bow is 6” long with 3/8” frayed ends

· Leather sweatband is 2" wide Chestnut color complete with a small white bow

· Hat liner is dark blue satin with gold piping.

· Hat felt color is Steel Gray 100% Rabbit Fur Felt

Hello Fedora Fans,
I have been working on a fedora for a little while and I finished it today, the felt is a Dark Blue FEPSA 100% Pure Beaver the open crown was 5.5" , the brim was cut down to 2 3/4" wide, the hat height at the front and back crease is 4 1/8", the hat size is 7 1/8", I put a 5/8" pencil curl in the brim with a brim binding using 5/8" wide vintage grosgrain ribbon, the brim binding is handsewn onto the brim, the hat has a 2" wide dark brown or chocolate color leather sweatband with a little black bow, the hat band is the same color as the brim binding, Blue Navy Wool 1 1/2" wide, the hat bow is 5 1/2" long, I tried something a little new with the hat band and bow this time. Handsewing the brim binding into place took most of the time, I tried to put a stich about every 1/4", I had to sew around the brim twice to make everything look right. Here is a few photos for your review, let me know what you think, this hat style is different from any hat that I have made previously. Let me know what you think, Please.

I like the way that you shaped the front of the crown and the brim. Have you considered another Western style, maybe with the cattleman crease?

Well I changed the shape of the hat that I posted, here is the new description of the hat.

• Hat size is 7-1/8"
• Diamond Crown shape
• Front crown height is 4 1/4”
• Back of the crown is 4 1/8" high
• Crown Height sides are 4 7/8”
• Brim width is 2-3/4" wide
• Hat band is 1-1/2" wide vintage grosgrain ribbon Navy Wool Blue
• Brim Binding is 5/8” wide Vintage Grosgrain Ribbon Navy Wool Blue
• Hat Bow is 5-1/2” long
• Leather sweatband is 2" wide Chocolate color complete with a small black bow
• Hat liner is Satin with purple center, gold piping and black sides
• Hat felt color is Dark Blue 100% FEPSA Beaver 120G Fur Felt
• Everything is handsewn, including the brim binding

Looks like I will be putting this hat on Ebay for sale, that will make 6 hats posted for sale. If anyone here on the Lounge is interested in buying one of my hats please contact me, I will be happy to pull the hat off of Ebay and sell the hat at a discounted price, we can save on Ebay fees and taxes.

Thank you Captain, I have a new laptop, the other laptop was running out of storage space and the battery would not hold a charge, this new computer has Microsoft office 365 and I need to check out everything that I type in word now, I discovered last night that it has auto save on documents and it looks like it has auto correct too.

I just sent offers to people that have my hats on their watch list on Ebay, along with the free shipping, I am offering a 5% discount on each of the 6 hats that I have listed, I thought that I would post this information just in case someone here on TFL has one of my hats on their watch list on Ebay.
Ebay has made the offers good for 4 days and on top of that Ebay has issued discounts on items that are posted for sale on Ebay.

The good news right now is the USPS located my lost package and now the package is on the way to my customer, I hope that the shipping box is not damaged in any way. I mailed 3 letters to the Postmaster General in DC and two to my congressman, so things are looking a little better right now.
