Brogue Website for FW Mulholland

Hello!
This is my first post, and if I put it in the wrong place, or did something against the rules please flame me.
I noticed on an LA based website/vendor that they have some Mulhollands for sale.
I really would love to score one from them, but question whether or not it is too good to be true.

Can anyone verify if they are a legit source to score FW?

I'm tempted to pull the trigger on a 42. I'm such a weird body set. Tall, and thin. Makes buying jackets hard to do.

There was also another vendor here that does FW, from New Orleans. Forgot his name. Blue something. Google FW and you'll find him.

Yes Brogue is legit. They are also a big vendor of Alden.

But ordering directly from a Japanese retailer can be more economical choice, it’s not difficult to find some shops willing to remove shopping tax.

Check their return policy. I ordered through Speedway and was able to return the jacket for full refund (minus the shipping).

Refund is only 10 days. I bought mine and realize the fit is not right and trying to sell.

I have been following their IG and checking out their aldens for a while. I did see those jackets on their site looking around. Glad you posted this lotta guys looking for that jacket. I have not bought from them but looks legit to me

Well I bought one. I noticed FW IG follows them too.
Praying the 40 fits me well otherwise I’ll have to ship it back super fast.

It seems sooooo stiff, and I can’t really raise my arms above my head.
I’ve read a lot of wear in needs to be done with horsehide.
What do you all think?
Should I have sized up to the 42?

Size for you looks right to me. I looked at the numbers on the site and there is no way any size fits me. Do you have experience with leather jackets? Just asking because if your point of reference is cloth then you’ll find all new leather stiff and restrictive.

I don’t have any experience with this quality of leather at all.
I’ve decided to return it.
This will end up better in the hands of someone smaller. Too many doubts, and disappointment for me to keep it.

It is a really nice jacket, but the pattern doesn’t work for everyone. You might have good luck with Thedi. His hides are beautiful and less stiff- mostly. I personally am in love with my Lewis Leathers Dominator in Rutland Sheep atm. Many brands and leathers to choose from .

I completely understand. For that kind of coin you need to be totally happy with the jacket, zero doubts. Good move.
