Hi, we used to use fresh chopped onion, chopped green pepper, and a French Onion soup mix to make burgers with. VERY good, but SERIOUS indigestion.

I completely agree with the suggestions here! One of the highlights of a great BBQ is experimenting with different cuts of sweet breads meat. I’ve tried this during my asado gatherings, and it really brings out unique flavors that enhance the experience. It’s always a joy to explore new techniques!
