Banana Republic Vintage Men's Leather Moto (Willis Die Hard) Jacket

I bought this years ago, but unfortunately was always snug for me so barely ever wore it. Rather than keep it hanging in the closet, it's time for the next owner to enjoy.

This is an incredibly rich, deep brown leather jacket with the high quality heavy leather BR always used in the day. Fully lined, has an inner breast pocket and two external zipper / hand pockets. All zippers works fine. All cuff buttons are present, with a spare sewn in the lining. There are no rips, tears, snags, holes, stains. It is in extremely excellent condition. The only tiny sign of wear I can spot is along the right cuff seam near the button (please see photo), but this does not go through the leather, and in fact
just blends in with the overall natural hide leather skin irregularities that give this type of jacket so much character.

It is size medium, and I'd call it not exactly fitted, but definitely not baggy. In fact, it's designed to be somewhat close to the body, as any motorcycle style jacket would, to reduce wind resistance.

No smoke or other obnoxious smells. If anything, it smells very slightly like the baseball glove I had as a kid.

(This is not the actual jacket Bruce Willis wore in Live Free or Die Hard, needless to say. It is the same style of jacket).

Please let me know if any questions. I also have this posted at the eBay, so you can check out my 100% positive, 25+ years of hanging out over there-https://www.ebay.com/itm/326195072957

Asking $244 plus shipping. I have seen this Banana Republic model on sale at auction sites for $350-500.

Thanks!

No tailor me, and I'm no expert, but my tape measure gives these approximate measurements:
  • pit to pit 22" to 22.5",
  • shoulder seam to bottom of sleeve cuff 27",
  • back top of collar to back bottom of hem 25.5" to 26"
