I've just bought a new belt, made by Ashford Ridge. I'm over the moon both with it and with the customer service from them.
I wanted a 'proper' new belt, and this company came up in my googling so I took a flyer and ordered one.
It is excellent, 40mm wide 4mm full grain leather handmade in the UK. It arrived in a little canvas pouch, tagged with the maker's name and a QR code linking to a YouTube of how they make them.
There was a sale at the time I bought mine, and from the quality I would have been happy to pay two or three times as much as I did.
Also, a note about their customer service. I inadvertently ordered the wrong size. A quick email and they were happy to exchange, and although I had to pay for my return postage, they shipped the replacement free of charge. Email correspondence was really friendly too.
I don't have any association with Ashford Ridge, btw, I just wanted to shout them out as a great UK company.
