the felt is "Artlite" Sahara and the ribbon ... I believe Art called it "copper"

the crown is a hair under 6"
the brim is 2 3/4

the felt is quite amazing ... I am definitely impressed

Is that the hat that was on the block when I went to see Art in Medford, or do you have another in the works? I didn't recall the one I saw being as light colored... maybe it's just the pouncing and finishing.

In any event, it a perfectly fantastic hat. I'm feeling the need for some Artlite felt myself.

I emailed Art about a hat, something in ArtLite beaver felt, something off-white (bone, ivory, silverbelly or silvermist) with a burgundy ribbon and bow and dark navy highlight in the knot. I like your removable satin liner, and I also asked about the star shaped vents he makes on the sides. Art won't keep making hats forever, so I figure I better get a nice one from him while I can.

I sooooo love his dark moss felt, too...

Beauteous. I can tell by the way it took the bash that the felt is nice n supple. Which color is the most accurate? Both are really quite nice though.
