Art Fawcett VS Hall of Fame

There is a picture of an Ivory VS around somewhere - I think in the White Hat thread. This colour isn't on my sample cards though.

Art tells me that this Ivory felt is hard to work with and he often needs to use more than one body to make one hat, hence the additional cost.

Hugely tempting though, it looks fabulous!

I asked Art to make a ribbon ala the old Stetson Playboy. 1" ribbon dark brown with tiny bit of green highlight. Its awesome!

So my darling wife offered to get me a hat from Art as a Father's Day gift. This came with a couple of stipulations, she wanted it to be black and really liked some of the pleated ribbons that Art has done. Also, he favorite hat I already had is my Black Cherry. We ordered a hat in a similar style with black felt and ribbon.

It arrived today!!

Al, I'm still getting used to the buzzed hair. Nice for it not to be messed up when I remove my hat though.
